At Great Central Lake you can take a water taxi leading to Della Falls – Canada’s highest waterfall. The Alberni Harbour Quay has restaurants, shops, galleries, play structures for children and a clock tower you can climb for a spectacular view of the inlet. Harbour Quay is also the place where Lady Rose boards to take passengers to the Ucluelet and the secluded town of Bamfield.

Victoria Quay is chock Natfull of native art – two enormous Welcoming Figures created by the area’s Hupacasath First Nations carvers. You can also book a canoe trip from Victoria Quay, Ride an old-fashioned steam train through the nearby lush, green valley or check out Canada’s only steam-operated sawmill. The Alberni Museum has a vast collection of First Nations art.
