For our team of staff, it was back to the beautiful 365 white and pink sand beaches, where you are surrounded by well-preserved coral reefs, walls, and shipwrecks. The southern and eastern coasts are full of tropical marine plants and animals are that diverse and plentiful. We saw things we had never seen before and for anyone who likes to dive, you will be in your glory!

It's a 10-day festival full of food, fun and frolic, not to mention the music that you will definitely have to find a CD so you can take home. Carnival celebrates emancipation and is exciting and always eventful, there are Calypso competitions and steel band competitions and then that there is a spectacular Parade of fans to the Miss Antigua pageant in the Caribbean Queen's competition. If you have never experienced going to carnival in the Caribbean before and you have flexible dates, than is make sure you check out Antigua Carnival - it’s a great party, a great 10 day party that doesn't stop. And even for those that are not really partygoers, you can't help yourself but get caught up in the rhythm and before you know it those friends that usually sit in the corner, you will see them out winding and grinding in the middle of the Carnival. Fun, fun , fun in the sun!
And our team of staff at You Pick the Price.com found Antigua to be very friendly and they had great food. We really enjoyed shopping in all the duty-free shops, and I'm sure all the salesman in enjoyed us - everyone blew their pay checks in the store before we left!
There were a few of us that tried to bicycle the island and found it absolutely exhilarating and then there were the other half of us been enjoyed the 365 beaches. Our goal was to lie on every single beach every day and we had a broken down that in a 7 day period, we had to visit 52 beaches. When we reached the second beach, and had our fourth piña colada decided we would make that goal be over a two-year period. Which means we will be back Antigua and we look forward to seeing you again
